Forward-Deployed Product Designer

Tailor is hiring a product designer to lead design for customer deployments of its Headless ERP platform. You’ll turn complex operational workflows into clear user flows, prototypes, and implementation-ready specifications; facilitate customer discovery and design reviews; collaborate with product and engineering; and translate recurring customer needs into reusable UI patterns and product roadmap insights. Candidates should have 5+ years of product design experience, strong systems thinking, customer-facing communication skills, and comfort with technical workflows, APIs, permissions, or configurable software.
