Dropbox is hiring a Director of Product Design to define the next generation of shared product experiences and design infrastructure across its portfolio.
The director will lead design systems and design technology, creating reusable interaction patterns, product frameworks, tokens, accessibility standards, governance, and adoption models for web, mobile, desktop, and emerging AI-native experiences. The role manages a multidisciplinary team and partners deeply with product, engineering, research, brand, and design leadership.
Candidates should bring 12+ years across product design, design systems, or design technology, plus substantial people-management experience and a record of scaling systems in complex multi-product organizations.
